Responsibilities for Chief Financial Officer

• Lead financial operations and management of the health center, working with staff and executive leaders to ensure proper stewardship of resources
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and processes in order to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Establish and maintain banking relationships and other financial services
• Develop and manage annual budget and long-term strategic financial plans
• Oversee investments and cash reserves
• Manage audit and tax processes, providing reports and analysis to senior management
• Maintain confidentiality of all information related to participants, medical staff, and employees

Qualifications for Chief Financial Officer

• 10+ years’ financial management experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superb judgment, problem-solving, and cognitive skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Superior leadership skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA/CMA certification preferred
